Absolutely. RAWTRAK is a pure distribution service and holds no claim over your copyright or master rights. Even if you stop releasing or leave the platform, all rights remain fully yours.

An automatic ACRCloud-based copyright scan runs the moment you upload audio. It analyses for overlap with globally registered works in real time. If a potential copyright issue is detected, you receive a detailed report before release. This process blocks DSP copyright claim risk at the source.

After review, global DSP distribution takes an average of 3–5 business days. Major platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Melon typically go live within 2–3 days. Some smaller regional platforms can take up to 2 weeks, but all progress is visible in your dashboard in real time.
